Panic rush after tremors in Sylhet caused by the earthquake in northeast India has left at least 32 people injured, according to a news agency report. A 6.7 powerful quake, with its epicenter in the northeastern state of Manipur, jolted Bangladesh at 5:05 am local time. As buildings shook and swayed in Sylhet, which borders on the Indian state of Assam, people desperately tried to get out of homes. Debashish Shaha, emergency wing doctor of OMCH said, at least 32 people were taken to the Osmani Medical College and Hospital (OMCH) with minor injuries.
